Returns & Warranty Policy

JINCHENG Container House supplies project-based modular structures and heavy cargo products. Many units are manufactured, configured, packed, or prepared for a specific project. For that reason, returns and replacements are handled differently from ordinary small consumer goods.

1. Return eligibility

Finished modular structures, custom-made units, branded units, fitted-out units, and project-specific orders are not eligible for return due to change of mind, wrong size selected by the buyer, project cancellation, or local approval issues after production has started.

If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or materially different from the written order specification, please contact us promptly with evidence. We will review the issue and propose a reasonable resolution.

2. Claims window

Claims for visible transit damage, missing parts, or specification issues should be submitted within 14 days after delivery or receipt at the agreed destination point. Claims should include order information, photos, videos where useful, packing evidence, and a written description of the issue.

3. Resolution options

Depending on the confirmed issue, resolution may include replacement parts, repair guidance, partial credit, remake of affected components, or another written solution agreed by both parties. Full unit replacement is only considered when the issue cannot reasonably be solved by parts, repair, or other corrective measures.

4. Warranty scope

Structural warranty coverage is provided for manufacturing defects in steel frame work, structural connections, panel-related manufacturing issues, and other agreed factory-supplied components under normal use conditions. Warranty coverage does not include damage caused by improper installation, misuse, unauthorized modification, natural disasters, corrosion caused by unsuitable site conditions, poor maintenance, local utility work, or third-party installation errors.

5. Cancellations

Before production starts: cancellation terms are handled according to the written quotation or sales agreement.

After production starts: deposits or production payments may be non-refundable because materials, labor, and project-specific work have already been committed.

After shipment: orders cannot normally be cancelled.

6. Buyer responsibilities

The buyer is responsible for confirming local regulations, permits, site conditions, installation requirements, import requirements, tax and duty obligations, and final use suitability before placing an order.
