Shipping & Delivery Policy
Shipping & Delivery Policy
Effective date: July 2026 | JINCHENG Container House
JINCHENG Container House supplies modular structures, container booths, prefab homes, expandable houses, capsule pod units, apple cabin pods, and mobile restroom units for commercial and project-based buyers. Many of these products are heavy or oversized cargo and require project-specific freight planning.
1. Shipping origin
Products are manufactured and shipped from China. The exact shipping origin, loading port, Incoterms, and destination arrangements are confirmed in the written quotation or sales agreement for each order. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, international project shipments are normally quoted separately from the product price.
2. Freight quotation required
Because product weight, dimensions, quantity, packing method, destination country, destination port, and local delivery conditions vary by project, freight charges shown online are not a final freight commitment for heavy modular structures. Before production or shipment, our team confirms the applicable freight arrangement in writing.
3. Supported destinations
We can discuss export delivery for supported destinations based on the product type, order quantity, route availability, and local import requirements. Availability of delivery service is confirmed during quotation. If your destination is not supported for a specific product or route, we will state this before order confirmation.
4. Production and transit timing
- Standard or repeat configurations are usually prepared faster than custom projects.
- Custom, branded, fitted-out, or bulk orders require a written production schedule.
- Sea freight transit time depends on route, port congestion, customs clearance, and carrier schedule.
Any delivery date or transit estimate is an estimate only unless it is confirmed in a signed agreement.
5. Import duties, taxes, and customs
Import duties, taxes, customs clearance charges, port charges, destination handling, local delivery fees, installation, permits, and compliance approvals are the buyer's responsibility unless a different arrangement is confirmed in writing. We provide available export documents such as commercial invoice, packing list, and other documents required for the agreed shipment.
6. Shipment documents
Depending on the order and shipping method, we may provide a commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading or airway bill, certificate of origin, inspection documents, and product-related technical documents when available.
7. Transit damage
Please inspect goods when they arrive. If cargo appears damaged, take clear photos before unloading where possible, keep the packaging evidence, and contact us promptly. Claims should include order information, shipment documents, photos, and a description of the issue.
