These Terms of Service apply to the use of this website and to inquiries, quotations, and orders for JINCHENG Container House products unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
1. Business nature
JINCHENG Container House supplies modular structures, container booths, prefab homes, expandable houses, capsule pod units, apple cabin pods, mobile restroom units, and related project-based products. Many products are intended for commercial, project, hospitality, construction, rental, or other professional use.
2. Quotations and order confirmation
Product information on this website is provided for reference and inquiry purposes. Final product specifications, configuration, quantity, price, freight arrangement, payment terms, production schedule, and delivery terms must be confirmed in a written quotation, pro forma invoice, purchase order, or sales agreement.
3. Custom and project-based products
Many products can be customized by size, layout, color, materials, equipment, branding, and destination requirements. Custom or project-specific products may differ from reference images, renderings, or sample layouts. The confirmed written specification is the basis for production.
4. Pricing, taxes, and duties
Displayed online prices may not include project-specific freight, import duties, customs clearance charges, destination port charges, taxes, local delivery, installation, permits, or site preparation unless expressly stated in writing. The buyer is responsible for confirming applicable taxes, import requirements, and local compliance obligations in the destination country.
5. Shipping and delivery
Heavy or oversized products require project-specific shipping arrangements. Delivery availability, freight cost, route, Incoterms, and estimated timing are confirmed during quotation. Please review our Shipping & Delivery Policy for more details.
6. Returns, replacement, and warranty
Returns, replacements, repairs, warranty claims, and cancellations are handled according to the Return, Replacement & Warranty Policy and the written order documents. Custom-made, finished, or project-specific units are not normally returnable for change of mind.
7. Buyer responsibilities
The buyer is responsible for checking local building rules, installation requirements, utility connections, permits, import rules, site conditions, and intended-use suitability before purchase. We can provide product and export documents where available, but local approvals and final site use remain the buyer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We aim to keep website information accurate and useful, but product specifications, images, materials, prices, availability, and descriptions may change. If exact dimensions, materials, certifications, or performance requirements matter to your project, request written confirmation before ordering.
