Shipping & Logistics Policy (Heavy Cargo & Sea Freight)

B2B 大件大宗海运与物流政策

Due to the heavy weight, physical volume, and specialized nature of modular structures, our shipping operations differ fundamentally from standard parcel delivery. Please review our B2B commercial logistics protocols below before placing your order.

1. SHIPPING METHODS & PORT OF DEPARTURE

  • Standard Port of Loading: Dalian Port, China (大连港).
  • Packaging & Loading Structures:
    • SOC (Shipper Owned Container) / Frame Shipping: Large structures (like container stalls) are typically shipped directly as unified cargo or built-in container-sized frames.
    • Flat-Pack Loading: Expandable container villas are precision-folded in our factory and secured into specialized heavy-duty sea containers, maximizing space and saving ocean freight.
  • FOB / CIF / DDP Terms: We default to FOB (Free on Board) terms. However, we have partnered with tier-1 international freight forwarders to provide competitive CIF (Cost, Insurance & Freight) or DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) door-delivery quotes globally.

2. OCEAN FREIGHT & QUOTATION RULES (CRITICAL)

Because ocean freight rates fluctuate weekly based on international routes, port congestion, and seasonal demand, the Shopify checkout page cannot calculate accurate shipping costs automatically.

Important Notice: Please do NOT treat any automated checkout delivery rates as final. We recommend selecting "Request a Quote / Bank Transfer (T/T)" during checkout or contacting us directly so our logistics desk can fetch the exact real-time shipping quote to your nearest seaport.

3. ON-SITE ARRIVAL & UNLOADING REQUIREMENTS

Before your shipment arrives at the destination port/address, please ensure you have prepared the following essential logistics coordinates:

  • A Flat, Solid Foundation: The ground site must be leveled, reinforced (concrete pads or steel pillars recommended), and free of overhead obstructions.
  • Crane / Heavy Forklift Support: Since standard container units average 2.5 tons (10ft/20ft) to 5.0 tons (40ft), the buyer must arrange an on-site crane or heavy forklift operator to lift and position the modular frame from the transport flatbed.

4. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & LANDED COSTS

For standard FOB and CIF orders, the buyer is responsible for importing clearance and paying destination-country import customs, local VAT, and dock handling fees. If you prefer a hassle-free, door-to-door delivery with customs cleared and import duties prepaid, please ask us for a specialized DDP Shipping quote.
