Return, Replacement & Warranty Policy

Effective Date: May 2026 | JINCHENG CONTAINER HOUSE — Dalian Jincheng Container House Sales Co., Ltd.

1. Structural Warranty

All JINCHENG products carry a 2-year structural warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers:

  • Defects in steel frame welds and structural connections
  • Panel delamination under normal use conditions
  • Manufacturing defects in roofing and waterproofing membranes
  • Failure of factory-installed electrical components (wiring, distribution boards)

The warranty does not cover: damage caused by improper installation, natural disasters, unauthorized modifications, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow the provided installation/maintenance manual.

2. Returns & Replacements

Due to the custom-manufactured and large-scale nature of our products, we do not accept returns of finished units for change-of-mind. However, we will replace or repair any unit that:

  • Arrives with structural damage beyond normal transit wear
  • Has manufacturing defects confirmed by our quality inspection report
  • Does not meet the agreed specifications in the purchase contract

All claims must be raised within 14 days of delivery and supported by photographic evidence and an itemized defect list.

3. Defect Resolution Process

1 Buyer submits photos + defect description via email Within 14 days of delivery
2 JINCHENG quality team reviews and confirms defect 3–5 business days
3 Resolution proposal (replacement parts / repair / credit) 5–7 business days
4 Replacement parts shipped or repair technician dispatched As agreed in writing

4. Cancellations

  • Before production starts: Full deposit refund minus bank transfer fees
  • After production begins: Deposit is non-refundable; buyer may pay remaining balance to take delivery or forfeit deposit
  • After shipment: Order cannot be cancelled

5. Dispute Resolution

In the event of an unresolved dispute, both parties agree to first attempt mediation in good faith. If mediation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the Dalian Arbitration Commission for arbitration under its rules. The language of arbitration shall be English or Chinese (as mutually agreed).
