Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Shipping Origin

All products are manufactured and shipped from our factory in Guangzhou, Liaoning Province, China. Standard shipping terms are FOB Dalian (INCOTERMS 2020) unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Shipping Methods

Freight Mode Suitable For Estimated Transit
FCL (Full Container Load) Orders of 1–5+ units 18–35 days by sea (region-dependent)
LCL (Less-than-Container Load) Small orders / samples 25–45 days by sea
Air Freight Documents / small accessories 5–10 business days
Overland (Central Asia / Russia) Select countries 20–40 days

3. Lead Times (Production)

  • Standard products (in-stock components): 15–25 working days
  • Custom / bespoke orders: 30–50 working days
  • Bulk orders (10+ units): Lead time confirmed in writing per order

Production begins only after receipt of deposit payment (typically 30–40% of order value) and signed purchase agreement.

4. Freight Costs

Freight costs are quoted per order based on destination port, Incoterms, container size, and current market rates. A freight estimate is included in all official quotations. For a shipping quote, please use our Contact Us page.

5. Import Duties & Taxes

Under FOB terms, the buyer is responsible for all import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, and any other charges applicable in the destination country. We provide full commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and relevant technical documentation to support your customs clearance process.

Note for EU buyers: All JINCHENG products are CE certified and can be accompanied by CE Declaration of Conformity for customs and regulatory purposes.

6. Tracking & Documentation

Once your shipment is loaded, we will provide:

  • Bill of Lading (B/L) or Airway Bill
  • Commercial Invoice & Packing List
  • Certificate of Origin (CO)
  • CE Declaration of Conformity
  • Quality Inspection Report (on request)

7. Damage in Transit

We recommend buyers arrange marine cargo insurance for all shipments (typically 0.3–0.5% of cargo value). In the event of transit damage, please photograph all damage upon container opening and notify us within 7 days of arrival. We will work with you to file a claim or arrange replacements.
